Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This policy explains what Antemor collects when you use this website, the third-party tools we rely on, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
Who we are
Antemor provides real estate research services. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@antemor.com. For visitors in the EU or UK, Antemor is the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information through this site.
Information you give us when you book a call. Our booking is handled by Calendly (see below). When you schedule, you provide your name, email address, and the answers to our booking questions, which include your company website and up to three property addresses or parcel numbers you want us to research before the call. We use this only to prepare for and hold that call.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source) is processed by the analytics and advertising tools listed below, largely through cookies and similar technologies.
Information when you buy The Sourcing Plan. Purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We receive your email address and the record of what you bought so we can deliver access and honor the refund guarantee. We never see or store your card details. The numbers you enter into the planning app itself are computed in your browser and are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
The property addresses you submit
The property addresses you enter are business research inputs, not information about you. We use them solely to produce the sample research briefs we discuss on your call. We do not sell them, and we do not publish them.
Third-party tools we use
We use a small number of established services. Each processes some data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
| Tool | Purpose | Their privacy terms |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Scheduling your call and collecting your booking answers | calendly.com/privacy |
| Google Analytics | Understanding how visitors use the site | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Stripe | Processing payments for The Sourcing Plan. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never touch this site | stripe.com/privacy |
| Google Ads | Measuring which ads lead to bookings | policies.google.com/privacy |
We have configured the Calendly scheduling widget on this site to not show its own separate cookie notice, because this policy discloses Calendly's use directly. Calendly sets cookies needed to load and operate the scheduler. For details on those cookies, see Calendly's cookie management page.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies and similar technologies are used on this site for three things: to make the Calendly scheduler work, to measure site usage through Google Analytics, and to attribute ad clicks to bookings through Google Ads. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking some may affect the scheduler. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google Ads settings.
Why we are allowed to use your data
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the EU or UK), we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you and preparing for a call you requested. You can withdraw consent or object at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking information for as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on it, and after that only as long as needed for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the providers' standard retention settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf, and only where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and Brazil (under the LGPD) have these or similar rights. To exercise any of them, email contact@antemor.com and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
International transfers
Antemor operates from Brazil and our providers operate primarily from the United States, so your information may be processed in those countries and others. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
